Bleys’ birthday cake! It’s chocolate mint with a cooked mint frosting, topped with chocolate molded using mint leaves.
Next time I’ll put some mint extract in the chocolate leaves and also arrange them in an orderly fashion. Here are the leaves close up:
This cake was better cold.
